|An 8 Week Training Program aimed at improving passing and receiving, control, dribbling and running with the ball, moves and turning, shooting and defending. The program will be built to allow progress over the 8-week season, making sure that participants first learn the basic skill sets that are critical to developing in each of these areas. There will be a maximum of 10 participants per class.
